A Jedi Guardian Guide

Posted on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 in SWTOR Guide Reviews, SWTOR Jedi Guardian Guides

Ever on the trail of finding the best possible strategies for everything, I went shopping online today. Digging through some sites I decided to put my money on KillerGuides. A site featuring lots of veteran gamers writing strategy guides. I got myself a SWTOR Jedi Guardian guide for $19.99

SWTOR GuardianThe guide was not pricey and was not cheap either, an average priced guide I must say. Taking a quick glance at the material inside this e-book, I felt they cover a lot of content for a single advanced class guide like this. Their site system was pretty well setup with notification systems and confirmation to make sure you got the guide correctly. Was pretty pleased with the overall sit.

As far as the SWTOR Jedi Guardian Guide goes, this is quite a useful guide, helping me in many areas along my way through the galaxy. The guide features leveling strategies for a co-op mode or solo mode. Shows areas for which you would be great at and areas where you as a Jedi Guardian should avoid. So be sure to read this guide for all important pointers they give. The guide shows you how your stance as a Jedi Guardian can be vital to the team members around you and how your items effect your very performance.

They offer a huge collection of SWTOR guides too!

The site also mentions free updates available and from talking to their support team, they send notifications out every time the guide is updated and you download it for free. As I already got it, it seems like I have a lifetime free of updates for this SWTOR Jedi Guardian guide.

This article is a good starting point to learn about SWTOR Jedi Guardian abilities. Check out this SWTOR Jedi Guardian Guide for more advanced details, insights and gameplay tactics.

While tanking, you will want to focus on defensive abilities and stances. We don’t know the names of all of the Guardian abilities yet, but we do know about a few abilities. Endure is your survivability cooldown that you may use when in trouble, whether solo or in a group. When confronted with enemies, a Guardian’s first action will probably be a Force Leap straight into a group of mobs.

Thanks to Forceclap, your Force Leap will stun the group, which gives you a few precious seconds to start building threat on everything. There will also undoubtedly be a stance, or Chi form, that is best used while tanking. Make sure you’re always in the correct stance. A SWTOR Guardian guide will be able to give more information on Guardian abilities and gear. Gear-wise, tanking Guardians will want to focus on defensive stats and a high health pool. There will most likely be avoidance stats to worry about as well.

For soloing and questing, most SWTOR Guardian guides will probably suggest wearing more damage-oriented gear, suitable for DPS, also know as damage per second. Use Shien Form and Vigilance abilities when questing, and you will find enemies die quicker.

Star Wars: The Old Republic hasn’t been released yet, but gamers with dedication and passion might be making plans right now for their characters. If you’re planning on playing as a Jedi Knight Guardian and leveling up as quickly as possible, you may wish to consult a SWTOR Guardian guide. In a SWTOR Guardian guide you’ll find specific information for leveling methods, tanking tips, spec suggestions, gearing advice and more! Listed below is a short reference to some of the Guardian information we already know.

Enough information is currently known about Star Wars: The Old Republic to have a basic understanding of how a Guardian player should go about leveling. A Guardian is the melee Jedi tank, utilizing a single light saber to attack foes. If you plan on creating a Guardian, make sure you understand that you will be asked to tank. As a tank, your focus will be protecting your allies by forcing enemies to attack you. Your allies will not be able to take hits as well as you do. You will be able to take hits and keep on going, which makes you vital to the team. Be prepared to learn to lead groups as a Guardian.

As you level your Guardian, you will hopefully find yourself running many Flash Points, more commonly known as instances. Tanking for these Flash Points will help new players grasp the basics of tanking in SWTOR. Individual strategies on Flash Points and tips for tanking them will probably be a part of most SWTOR Guardian guides.
